Issues of using multiple Box accounts
Box is an online file sharing and cloud content managing service. It offers features such as:
- Security controls
- Space
- Mobility
- Online collaboration
- Mobile access
- User management
Combine multiple Box accounts with MultCloud
As a free web application, MultCloud has the ability to combine cloud storage into one so that you can manage clouds with only one login. Following steps will show you how to let Box sync multiple accounts.
Step 1: Create a MultCloud account or experience without signing up.
Step 2: Add all accounts of Box in use. You’d better change display names for distinguishment.
As you see, there are more than 20 cloud drives supported by MultCloud: Dropbox, Evernote, Flickr, Google Drive, Amazon Cloud Drive, Amazon S3, WebDav, OneDrive, SugarSync, CloudMe, Cubby, MyDrive, WEB.DE, Yandex, Hidrive, BaiDu, MediaFire, ownCloud, Alfresco, ADrive, Hubic, MySQL, MEGA and FTP/SFTP.
Step 3: After that, you can easily copy or move data among them. Tick target documents then directly drag to the destination cloud.
The second method is to employ “Copy” or “Copy to”, like doing copy&paste in Windows Explore. When you choose the latter, it enables you to select multiple destinations at the same time.
Schedule file copy is available too under Transfer tab.
Update: MultCloud has a special Sync Service since 4.0 version. There are eight sync ways in total.
In case you’re looking for any file urgently, type keywords or even the suffix in the search box. MultCloud will help you search across clouds immediately. Don’t forget to tick providers.
MultCloud promises you data safety
Some people doubt the data safety when syncing multiple accounts or devices through web-based applications. Here, MultCloud guarantees the highest security for data management:
- Access cloud drives with OAuth authorization that does not save your password.
- Website connect and data transfer using 256-bit AES encryption for SSL.
- Does not save or cache your data on our servers.
